Green Goddess Diva Salad

A salad you will want to make over and over! Loaded with layers of flavor and crunch!

 

INGREDIENTS

SAUCE

  • 1 cup basil

  • 1/2 cup cilantro

  • 1-4 mint sprigs

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1/4 avocado oil

  • 1 shallot

  • 1-3 cloves minced garlic

  • 2-3 slices jalapeno

  • 2/3 cups water

SALAD

  • 1/2 head of cabbage

  • 4-5 Persian cucumbers

  • 3-4 sprigs green onion

  • Chives

  • 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1-2 Tbsp avocado oil


instructions

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients for a few seconds, until everything is blended smooth.

  2. Thinly chop all of your salad ingredients and place them in a big mixing bowl.

  3. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.

  4. Add more lemon, salt and pepper if desired.
