My Famous not so Famous Crockpot Pulled Chicken
The easiest, juiciest pulled chicken you will want on hand every week.
INGREDIENTS
2-4 chicken breasts
Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and pepper
Water or Chicken broth

Add chicken breasts and just enough water or chicken broth to cover the bottom of the crockpot.
2.Add seasonings of choice. I use garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt & pepper. A nice universal blend that can be made into anything.
3.Cover and cook your chicken on low for 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
4.When your chicken is finished drain 1/2 the liquid that is in your crockpot.
5.Now, shred your chicken and serve any way you like. It’s perfect for leftovers because you can make your juicy plain chicken into several different meal & snack ideas.
NOTES
Store your pulled chicken in an air tight container in the fridge for a week.
The pulled chicken tastes great cold to make different fun chicken salads.
You can add other ingredients like: chopped onions, cherry tomatoes and fresh garlic for more of a robust taste.
