Pumpkin Dip

This light & fluffy, low sugar, sweet & savory dip will be your new holiday tradition must make every year!

 

Enjoy this dip with sliced apples, graham crackers or just by the spoonful.

INGREDIENTS

15 oz can of canned pumpkin

8 oz of Whipping cream such as cool whip. Non dairy use coconut whipping cream. Cocowhip brand is great.

2 tbsp of powdered sugar plus 8-10 drops vanilla stevia
8 oz lite cream cheese, softened or dairy free cream cheese (Kitehill)

2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice, 2 tsp cinnamon ( more or less to taste)

instructions

1.. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and stevia in a large bowl.
2. Add canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and mix well.

3. Fold in whipped topping. Place in a new bowl. Cover and chill for one hour.

NOTES:

Kitehill cream cheese can be found at most grocery stores.

My favortite tasting liquid stevia is Whole Foods brand. You can also omit the stevia for a more savory taste.
Any type of apple works perfect with this dip, however my
