Loaded Tater Mashed Palmini

This low carb, low cal, high fiber comfort classic casserole will definitely fool your taste buds and satisfy the cravings for a warm, cheesy, savory side dish. Hearts of palm are an excellent vegggie source and take flavor of anything.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 packs of Mashed hearts of palm from Palmini
1/4 cup of light cream cheese or non dairy cream cheese

sea salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup gluten free panko

1/4 chopped non cured, no nitrate bacon bits 5-7 pieces of fresh chopped chives

instructions

Preheat oven 375'
1.Mix and mash up the

mashed hearts of palm,

cream cheese and spices 2.Spray a glass 8x8 baker with

olive oil and spread your

mix evenly into baker. 3.Bake at 375' 15-17 minutes 4.Remove and top with panic

and bacon bits.
5.Broil on high 5-6 minutes or

until golden brown. 6.Sprinkle chopped chives

and serve.
