Favorite ways to move
I love to move my body as many ways as I can. I love weight training, high intensity (yep, i actually love burpees), Power yoga, Dancing, and long mindful mile walks. Where I just think, pray or listen to podcasts.
Favorite Foods
Gosh, I love a LOT! Mediterranean anything. Especially seafood. Authentic Sushi. I am not vegetarian, but I do LOVE all veggies cooked all ways.
Date Night Out
We love to share small plates and try new eccentric and funky combos. I love a light battered fried calamari with fried little veggies.
Happy Place
The beach. I am so blessed to be able to walk the beach anytime I want within a 10 minute walk. Calms my mind and soul on so many levels.
Favorite place traveled
Well ... .Have traveled over 12 countries, it is hard to decide.
Italy (my ethnic background) is by far my favorite. I could live there for months at a time. Second and third, Bora Bora & Galapagos Islands. Ohhhh and Japan!!!
Ways to relax
Weekly me treatment. Massages, reflexology, facials. I love to read and watch a good drama or comedy. Travel of course!
